What can you find in a 3 in 1 Credit Report

Report formats vary from one provider to another, but most 3 in 1 credit reports will have the following sections:

Header/Consumer information: This section includes basic information about the person, including his or her name, current and previous addresses, and social security number. Most reports will also state how long the person has stayed in each address.

Credit scores: This section shows the credit scores from the three credit bureaus and the merged score from these figures. The 3 in 1 credit score may be highlighted on the page to make it easier to spot.

Financial information: This is basically a summary of the person’s financial standing. Information presented in this section may include currently available credit, outstanding loans and debts, and monthly payments and balances for each loan.

Accounts: All current and closed accounts will be listed in this section. This includes derogatory accounts such as bad credit loans. For current accounts, the monthly payments and current balances are usually stated. Reasons and conditions for closing may be included under closed accounts.

Inquiries: This is where all inquiries made regarding the account are stated. Banks, lenders, and other financial institutions are the most common parties making credit inquiries.
